Santic Group Holds Annual Apparel Foreign Trade BU Review & Strategic Execution Meeting
On February 5, 2026, Santic Group convened the 2025 Annual Review Meeting for its Apparel Foreign Trade Business Unit (BU) and Group Functional Systems, alongside the 2026 Strategic Execution Meeting.
01. Clarifying Direction, Activating Momentum

At the beginning of the meeting, Chairman Hou Fengqi delivered an important keynote address. Based on the Group’s current situation, he outlined the strategic direction for the next decade, the phased strategy for the next three years, as well as the strategic theme and key priorities for 2026.
The Chairman emphasized that in a complex and ever-changing market environment, it is essential not only to reflect on past experiences but also to stay focused on future goals. The Apparel Foreign Trade BU should aspire to become a globally outstanding integrated partner in sports and athleisure apparel.
He further stressed the importance of clearly understanding the Group’s strategic intent and translating long-term plans into actionable and measurable annual objectives and concrete initiatives, in order to jointly drive high-quality and sustainable development.
02. Reflecting and Strengthening Foundations

The meeting also included annual work reports from various business departments for 2025, centered around two key themes: review and planning.
Performance Review:
Department heads systematically reviewed their 2025 performance, highlighting key achievements and breakthroughs in business expansion, operational efficiency, product innovation, and customer service. They also reflected on the growth of both teams and individuals throughout the year.
Reflection and Improvement:
Each department candidly addressed major challenges and issues encountered during the year, conducted in-depth root cause analyses, and proposed clear improvement strategies and future optimization directions—turning reflection into momentum for progress.
03. Translating Strategy into Action

A core focus of the meeting was to drive the in-depth interpretation and effective execution of strategy. Prior to this, the Apparel BU Strategy Decoding Workshop had already defined the business unit’s ten-year vision, key strategic priorities for 2026, and critical breakthrough directions. Consensus was also reached on major company-level mid- and back-office initiatives, resulting in a clear framework of annual priorities and OGSM for each department.

During the meeting, departmental plans further refined and aligned with the outcomes of the workshop. Each presenter explained how their department would interpret and execute the Group’s 2026 overall strategy, focusing on their core responsibilities and identifying 3–5 key breakthrough objectives.
Around these objectives, clear core initiatives, action plans, major projects, key tasks, and detailed execution steps were established.

This meeting served not only as a comprehensive annual review, but also as a strategic mobilization and deployment session. It marks the full launch of Santic Group’s 2026 strategic execution.
